Autumn, Synchronicities and witchy ramblings

So… I don’t know about you, but living in rainy, gloomy England, I have always considered the beginning of autumn September 1st. Not much hope for sunny weather to be held out near London.

But today is different. Not the weather; the energy.

September 1st this year; sits perfectly on a Monday and a massive thunderstorm hits here in the uk AND under a waxing moon building up to an eclipse… if that doesn’t say new energy clearing and massive arrivals then I don’t know what will. And tbh despite how crap I’ve felt, I’ve also sensed just HOW potent this energy has been like the past 2 weeks.

Idk, I just feel like this is prime time to be taking advantage of the energy (I will not being doing any magick ON the eclipse though; that’s not a wave I wanna ride lmaooo) I personally think we should be utilising energy from this build up while we can - I don’t usually like storms but as soon as that rain touched my skin, I held felt cleansed and more empowered than I have the last few years.

If you already haven’t, it’s a great time to be collecting storm water, honestly. Or if you live in the US then some hardcore manifesting won’t go amiss.

I’ve definitely felt the energy shift. Have you?

Unfortunate US witch here: the shift is tangible, and it seems to be manifesting already. When this kind of shift happens, I feel dragged kicking and screaming to the outside to absorb it. I have no say. lol

Eh- depending on how the energy is, that may not necessarily be a bad thing. I’ve been so drawn to the rain today. If I didn’t look crazy, I’d probably run outside and dance in it.

But then again, if you mean the energy of the US rn in general, I could see why there would be resistance lol

Oh, I'm all for being lured out into the cooler weather at the season switch. This is my favorite season! It's the people and their contagious anxiety/anticipation/paranoia I wish to avoid. I really need to find more outdoor spaces to just vibe on my own.

I feel that!! The world at large atm doesn't exactly inspire hope. But in this season I am actually starting to heal and feel better and the juxtaposition between the world being more doom and gloom than ever but I’m on the way up is… interesting to say the least. As you said, the contagious anxiety, paranoia and overall hopelessness gives me major whiplash.

I don't know anything of witchcraft but I feel September is already lighter than August and the months before that. Which have been kinda foggy and blurry.

Things happening in the world is as wild as they were before but I'm ready to be a cockroach about it lol... and that's my report from my only vaguely spiritual EU corner
